Art is priced for the canvas only. No frame will be included in your shipment. We do our best to present you with an accurate description of the artworks. The images on our website are a digital reflection of the actual pieces. Many of the paintings are on European canvases. In converting centimeters to inches, we have rounded off the measurements. The actual canvas size you receive can be slightly smaller or larger.
All shipping is done via professional shipping carriers. The art is inspected and photographed prior to shipping; it is expertly packaged; insured for the full value and tracking numbers are provided. You will be charged for the shipping. Art can be returned and we expect you to handle the art in the same manner should you wish to return it. The returned art must be received in the same condition as it was sent. No monies will be refunded until the art is secured and inspected by us. You are expected to pay for return shipping.
To initiate your purchase, we will issue an invoice with shipping charges. We will receive your payment into our PayPal account and ship your art once the payment has been received. We, in turn, will hold this payment in PayPal until you've received your shipment. You have 24 hours to enjoy your art and confirm to us by email that you would like to keep your purchase. We will process your payment when your confirmation is received. Should you wish to return your purchase to us, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
We will be shipping to you at the address you provide us. Please ensure that address will have someone available to sign to confirm receipt of your shipment. When receiving your shipment, please inspect the carton for external damage. If you have any reason to question the condition of your shipment, please uncrate your art and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person. Once the art has been signed for and the carrier has designated the shipment as received by you, you are solely responsible for the art. Should the art be damaged or come missing while in your possession, you will have purchased your art as is and your PayPal payment will be processed in full.
